its windows ultimate and with directx11 its 1 or 2 fps worse in that specific menu
like pcsx2fan, shrinking win7 would probably solve the problem because i'm pretty sure the problem here is too many features eating my graphic card resources...
if you can please try using any kind of configuration that gives less than 60 fps BECAUSE of the gpu and not the cpu and then compare the results of both win7 and winXP
my point in this thread was trying to find out any kind of performance leak win7 might had
