FINAL FANTASY X CRASHES!

I have been playing FFX for a little while and its been working fine, but right when Yuna does her waterdance cutscene where she sends the dead home or whatever and right after Tidus says "again" and he takes a nap, the screen stays black! I can still hear the sound of the water, but cant see anything and the controls dont work. Please help me this is very annoying and I want to be able to finish this game! Thanks in advance
