They are ALL very slow during gameplay.

Here are my computer system settings:
Windows 8
Processor: 2.10 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
System Type: 64 bit system / x64 based processor

How would I configure my PCSX2 1.2.1 emulator with this?
Also, I record using Bandicam which slows it down very much during recording. How can I fix that?

When will the 1.3.0 version be available to us? What are the updates to it?

You'll have to fiddle with speedhacks.
Your CPU is definitely too slow for most games, and slowness has to be expected.
Bandicam will consume even more resources and make evrything considerably slower.
In short, get a better cpu, or keep playing on your PS2.

About 1.3.0, it´s available in the Blyss' GIT thread.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

They said my laptop was easily one of the best of today's time and great for gaming. So why do you say its too slow?
If this is the case than what is the BEST computer for emulators?

The computer's FULL name?
It is:
AMD A10-5745M APU with Radion™ HD Graphics 2.10 GHz

Its a touch screen HP laptop. Steam games like Slender and Outlast work perfectly with no slowdown even when recording with Bandicam, so why emulators?
Though N64 emulator Project 64 works perfectly.

Play on your PS2 or get a better machine. Or try speedhacks and play really light games like 2d games.

Or play some PC games on medium low settings.

Your best options are to either play on your ps2 or get a new pc.
