FPS with cheap CPUs

Question 
hi guys. I was wondering how much FPS can i expect from those CPUs:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 7850 (2,8GHz 1Mb 3600Mhz)
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 (2,5GHz 2MB 800MHz)
Inetl Core 2 Duo 7300 (2,66Ghz 3Mb 1066Mhz)

All of cpu above are good enough. Question about fps is depend with game you are playing but you not only need good cpu so you need gpu too (support directx10 and ps.4 and above).

Of all the CPUs above only Core2Duo 7300 can be recommended for the purpose of running PCSX2.

But the C2D is the better choice : clock it to 1Ghz more

ok so what about some clasic stuff like KH 1,2,CoM and FFs with 2Gb DDR2 and ATI HD2600 or Nvidia 8600 ?

Take 8600gt if you compare to HD.2600.

Either of the C2D's.
AMD Phenom II 940 @ 3.6GHZ, 4GB PC8500 @ 1100MHZ, 4870x2 @ Stock.

well the thing is how much beter is C2D 2,66 (actualy 2,8GHz they are the same price right now in store here) compared to pentium dualcore 2,5GHz and how much will the diference afect gameplay with pcsx2 (AMD is out of the game xD).
Or is there any CPU that you guys can sugest?

how much money do you have? Do you plan to overclock your cpu? Do you play pcsx2 most of time and for that program you will buy computer. Those are basic question first.
