I know this has come up before, but it seems like no one has given anyone a solid answer. I know i asked it in another forum, with no luck. So i have the new beta everything else works(all the plugins), the game even starts. I get a failure to load memcard 1+2. I've config< memcard. Switched memcard location. Is there a way to fix this. I am starting to go insane, little pink floating elephants everywhere, i tried to load windows 7, but some of my software didn't load. I than had to go back to vista, than i spent 2 hours trying to configure the plugins because it wasn't accepting it. Switched back in forth between 9.6 and beta multiple times. So if you can help or if you had this problem in the past let me know. Thanks
Failure to load memcard

No solid answer, you mean like:
and the FAQ entry?:

I'd be embarrassed if I was you now.
Your a good guy Bositman, a real people's person. You really know how to demean a guy. I actually tried a large majority of those things. I just tried the run as admin, and that seems to get rid of the error. I find it odd though, that i have to run as admin, every time i want to play a game just to save it on the memcard. but it is better than nothing. But, thanks anyway, i guess answering the same question over and over can get annoying. Sleep tight bositman knowing you helped out an "embarrased" guy. Thanks for doing my work for me.
Wait!!!... let me do it,
question...does the memory card method of saving change between 0.9.6 to beta r1888?
oops...didn't mean to put this here XD
Don't know. Probably, but memcards should be able to transfer between versions. just not save states. They all save to the memcards in the pcsx2 memcard folder, i believe

Blame Microsoft's UAC, not us. I disabled the crap and never had those problems.

Yes it can, especially when there are 5 threads about the issue daily which is answered in the damn FAQ. Frequently Asked Questions.
You'd think a person who claims 'but it seems like no one has given anyone a solid answer' would have read the FAQ and done a google search first.
