That is because either:
1) You haven't updated your DirectX even though the program warned you
2) You have Windows XP and not Vista / 7
3) Your graphics card does not support DX10

DX10 mode of GSdx is faster and more accurate than DX9 mode. Windos 7 works with graphics card that only support DX9 too, so having installed it does not mean your graphics card supports DX10.

Sigh... Direct3D10 is part of DX10 (DirectX10), Direct3D9 of DX9 (DirectX9).

If you still don't get it then I'll just quote Bositman with text changed: "Direct3D10 of GSdx is faster and more accurate than Direct3D9"

I tried this game with various settings but I couldn't play.
I mean I used the gsdx in hardware mode but after the menu (I save, and confirm the defficulty etc.) there is a long animation. For me this animation always stops (the screen quality is really bad), and in the backround I hear the music and voices. After ten minutes, the end of the movie, the game stops.

Try the 0.9.7 beta with the "EE timing hack" gamefix enabled.
