which is faster in pcsx2pg when playing ffx ? tlb or vm ?

as of the latest beta VTLB is faster in some games and some are equally (vm is dropped and there will be no new version)

With FFX, I think TLB << Vtlb ~ VM.
Vtlb's speed is a bit slower than VM's, but I think Vtlb is better ( no more black start page, that happen in VM version - I think only me get this problem )

for me VTLB 658 is 1 frame in average slower than VM 563

I'm just trying TLB now for the first time and I'm noticing a similar slowdown. Again while not fully utilizing my cpu.

I would Say that VM is Faster than TLB if you have enough Memory and bandwidth

VM's speed has nothing to do with how much memory or bandwidth you have.

anyone here using the ZeroGS Playground Plugin 0.97.1 here? (using VTLB 658).
frame rates are good, but parts of the background are gone. configuration options totally different than what I'm used to.
is this the best plug in for FFX or should I go back to an older one?

use a newer GSdx plugin, 13 or 14. they seem to work fine for me, just leave things at default and you should be fine
