Final Fantasy X-2 Assertion Failed

I was playing Final Fantasy X-2 and I was stuck with the message below when I wanted to enter the Cabin in the ship Celcius. Help

are you using an ISO or a DVD ?

if you're using an ISO re copy it using the free program called Imgburn Smile

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.

what about the rest ?

The last time that i played ffx-2 it work great(years now), try with the new svn and change the clamp modes to extra in ee and vu, also in speed hacks check the mtvu hack, dont use vu, try again.

Edit: Tsk my mistake is a 2core cpu with 4 threads, still u can use the mtvu hack xD

tried... still doesn't work~ well i guess i got a bad copy of the DVD, i really like the game though~

If you're using the NTSC-U version (SLUS-20672), check and see if your ISO SHA-1 matches: cdedba9ebb6b02ec2b473305bedf8eb036019413

If it does, so your ISO image is fine.
