Yeah thats still very high, something must be wrong with the fan. Even with the stock fan it should be at 40C or something. Did you use the stock fan?

If you can't figure it out, pay a tech to fix it. It will cost more money in the long run when that thing has a melt meltsdown hehe.

best to bring to the computer servicing(Technican)
maybe the CPU has blown up the engine..
and it's forecast to replace w/ the new CPU.

What happened to my Pentium Dual-core e2200 at 2.2GHz (slow CPU for PCSX2) was that there was so much dust in my case that it clogged up the fan and made the fan a solid wall with dust, not joking. It got really hot and Windows automatically shut down due to the high temps. I had to dig all the dust out of the case. Once I cleared all the dust, it worked regular again.

I have the same CPU, RAM and OS. And a slower GPU.
I can get easily FFX to run at 100%, and even FF12 at 100%.
You have smt terrible worng,
go to the technical service, maybe the CPU is not working as it should.
