Final Fantasy X fps PLEASE HELP
#1
Pcsx2 is new to me, so I have been searching forums for help trying to increase my fps with no avail. It runs anywhere from 10 to 30 fps, but never at actual speed. Computer specs below:

Toshiba Satellite L305D
Windows Vista (x32-bit)
Processor: AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-70 2.00 GHz
3.00 GB RAM
ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics

Help would be AMAZING if you can... ask me if there's anything I didn't mention.

EDIT:
Forgot to write:
Version: PCSX2 1.0.0
GS: GSdx 3334 (MSVC 16.00, SSE2) 0.1.16
PAD: LilyPad svn (r5282) 0.11.0 [lilypad-r5350]
SPU2: SPU2-X r5324 2.0.0
cCDVD: cdvdGigaherz (r4488) 0.8.0
USB: USBnull Driver 0.7.0
FW: FWnull Driver 0.7.0
DEV9: DEV9null Driver 0.5.0

set gsdx internal res to native & use some speedhacks (ee cycle rate = 2 vu cycle stealing = 1)
that should help, but warweeny is globally right.
better play this game on your own PS2 until you can get better hardware.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
