Well so far I use
graphics: Gsdx 1873 (msvc 15.00, sse2) .01.15
Cdvdrom: Linuz Iso CDVD 0.9.0
Sound: SPU2-X 1.2.0
Bios: usa v01.60 (7/02/2002)
CPU Config: Limit-Force frames to normal speed if too fast
MTGS enable
I have use all speedhacks and nothing, same results
also in the cpu windows it says that I support MMX,SSE,SSE2,SSE3 but when I try to use SSE3 it does worl.
I though it was my video card but your are saying that it could be the Cpu? should I overclock it?

AFAIK, pentium D isn't dual core, but has Hyper threading feature.

you can't use SSSE3 with it (different from sse3)

what is your gsdx config ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

so pentium D is not dual core? mhhh thats weird, please check out the picture attached.
GSDX config are:

Resolution: 1024 X 768 60 hz
renderer: Direct3D9 (hardware)
Interlacing: none
aspect ration: 16:9
D3D internal res: 1024X 1024
texture filtering enable and grayed out
logarithmic Z , Alpha correction (FBA) and Allow 8-bit texture all enable.

also I`m using latest beta edition "pcsx2-r1888"

set gsdx res to native, it may help

Don't activate all speedhacks, juste 2x cycle rate, and you should get acceptable speeds.

Ok, tried all that but I get from 31 to 45 fps when playing with tidus, rrrrrrr I dont what else to do, I guess I`m gonna have to buy a ps2 in order to play this game, just finished playing ff8 ( which I loveeeee ittt ) and I wanted to start this ffx but is so hard to get smooth movements using this emulator, probably its just setting up the correct configuration, I hope you can help me with this, thank you.

Try unchecking "Allow 8-bit texture". 8-bit textures help some games but hurt most other games so play around with that to see which is faster.

Also don't turn ALL speed hacks on because most of the time, too many speed hacks makes the game run even worse so just turn them on a little at a time to make sure you aren't overdoing the speed hacks.

It is a dual core, but it's more like 2x Pentium4 attached together which doesnt really help much.

Pentium D is a dual core CPU (the first consumer dual core from Intel), but it pales in comparison to the Core 2 Duo generation.

That graphics card is pretty weak as well as the CPU. What does the CPU usage meter on the title bar of the emulator say when you run FFX? Is it high (90+%) or low?
