Lusterdrag: That result because you play pcsx2 with your croosfire gpu, try with single gpu. Pcsx2 emulation doesnt support/uncompatible yet with SLI/CF or you can try a program which can force CF run in unsupported program/pc games. Please check my post in this forum thread.
Notebook ASUS A43TA|CPU AMD Llano APU A6-3400m Triple core (1 core disable) OC to 2.6+Ghz|GPU CF|HD 6520 400Mhz/667Mhz iGPU|HD6650M OC 780Mhz/985Mhz dGPU|RAM 8GB DDR3 1333|Windows 7 Ultimate Sp.1 x64 bit.

@lusterdrag : a file name about that program is ATI_CF_Xtension. You will get that file in xtremesystem.org, see this old thread about that info in my post http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-4056-page-2.html .

Yes, I am a hardware seller, I tried with a lot of Graphic Card and the final result is the Graphic Card doesn't change anything so much, OK, 9400GT run less than 9600GT 4-5ps in DBZ BK 3, but the stronger card ,like 9800GTX+ doesn't change anyting, envent with only 1 fps,how bad, this game have some graphic trash with high reloustion, so I not sure it will change anything on higher res,but I am sure this will change a lot to the speed with higher res. When I use pcsx2, I have a GT 280(For PhysicX),I disable the two 4870x2 and use GT 280 to play the game.I can sure that the problem is not the Crossfire problem.
*I hate Intel because I used to Overclock with Intel, I allways fall when I try OC it to 5GHZ with my Nitro Cooling Sytem, but I can with AMD, and when I sell Intel for my buyer, I get a lots complain about Intel. So I hate Intel and love AMD.
I love the Dark Dragon AMD(Name of my sytem)

Yea, well, it's rare to see Intel processors overclock to and above 5ghz.

Lusterdrag : if you read that thread, you will know someone (acella) already had issue about performance (fps drop) and he has 2gpu 4870x2 and after he try that program, he get more fps but unfortunely he did not give an info about that.

So whats with those 5ghz? I don't get it. It's a number.
5Ghz amd chip = still slower than a 4Ghz intel chip...

What AMD should do right now is tune that phenom2 they got. Add SSE4 to it. Increase its clockspeed.
It's be great to see that chip outdoing the core i7 Tongue2

Dunno, AMD is always considered as guys who make cheaper, less powerful stuff. Budget versions, so to say. I don't think Phenom is ever going to outdo i7, different class or something. No reason to have Intel or AMD... they are just different, aimed at different people.
