Try using the OpenGL renderer instead and see if you still get the slowdowns.

Looks like OpenGL Plugin has no slow down. Thanks for Help.

OpenGL generally performs better on Nvidia GPUs (it still depends on the game) and Gregory's unconditional love for GSdx. That's your answer
