Definitely make sure your Windows Power Plan is set to "High Performance".

Be sure you mention the specific game(s) you are trying, and reporting the speed of.
As I said, some games will definitely be playable, but some definitely will not.

There are lots of settings, but don't try to mess with too much right away. The only things you should need to change more typically would be:
  • Change the Renderer to Direct3D11 in the GS plugin settings.
  • Odds are, you'll want to stay close to "Native" internal resolution with the GS plugin.
  • If a game is slow, gradually apply Speedhacks to speed the game up. This will not make every game run at full speed.
