Yes I do have one and I always had. even when the FPS was always at 60.

So rather than giving information (which is okay but not giving me much), anyone might have an idea for the solution? twice, this happened twice. and now is the third time.

is your cpu running at 3ghz when you use pcsx2?

or does coretemps still show 2340mhz??

Close te darn Antivirus while playing please or else FPS Spikes will happen.........

It's not the ***** antivirus.. i've checked already.
It's getting on my nerves! and since I don't have any other installed games on my computer (uninstalled them all) I cannot compare with the FPS with games like GTA IV and such.

and it shows 3009 MHZ while in the main menu (24 FPS)
same in the game with all the 3d models
