Fps drop to 0-1 in the game Star wars Episode 3 Revenge of the sith

Problems with fps drop in the game "Star wars Episode 3 Revenge of the sith" in some missions (03 peril in the elevators, 10 the dark side of the force, 14 assasination on mustafar).

When you start one of these missions, starts video splash screen (at this stage everything is normal), but when the splash screen ends and starts the game itself, fps drops to 0-1 and the whole mac os system lags, and helps only reboot. In monitoring there is no strong load on the CPU or memory overflow. At the same time in the rest of the missions all works fine, without complaints.

In the settings (pcsx2) are all default values, only this I changed:
visualization tool: Metal
aspect ratio: widescreen (16:9)
internal resolution: 3x Native(~1080p)

Yeah, I understand that I don't have the most powerful configuration. It's just strange that there is no overload on the CPU or memory, but everything is very laggy, and it is in these missions, while in other missions that are not less resource-intensive, everything is fine.

Maybe on the GPU, then ?
Try lowering upscaling
