Frame Limiting?

Hey,
I was wondering if there is anyway to limit the FPS of PCSX2? Due to the fact that I'm in europe (and therefore only have PAL games) i'm unable to get my games to run at 50FPS, instead using Vsync they run at 60FPS, 120% too fast. Any solutions to this?

Config -> CPU -> Limit

And don't use VSynch, it totally sucks and destroys fps.
