Well, I buy this game already, so I could fix some ZZogl issues here. But GSDX ones -- try older releases, around 1400. And, there is no real shadows in PS2 worlds, it's all alpha-effects.

Try no log-z option, it made a little progress. But it's far from complete solution (I am not sure, that pcsx2 give me proper graphic's data).
