I know there still games out there that don't. but no one really made list of them?

MGS3 ?
Shadow of colossus?

I know there out figure maybe we should make list and what not.

We could make a list.

I only know of some games that require stuff like one of the interpreters rather than the recompilers, or something like 24 The Game.

AFAIK, SotC can be ran at full speed. Not sure if you can do it with MGS3...ripping it now to check. I'll get back to you.

MGS3 ?

My g3258 gets full speed at 4.1GHz in gameplay(the beginning at least) if I set software to 2 extra rendering threads. Somehow 3 renderer threads runs faster than 1 or 2 on a dual core.

The only games I know are the snowblind engine games. MGS3 is playable on beast rigs(MGS2 is more demanding in fact). SotC doesn't take a beast rig, just a good PCSX2 rig(my rig can run SotC full speed.)

And as Nobbs said - anything that requires interpreter modes.

Confirmed: MGS2 ,MGS3 & SotC are full speed on my rig. So you can strike those out of your list. The only Snowblind game I own is The Lord of the Rings: War in the North but that was released on PS3, not PS2. I own it for PC.

Destruction Derby: Arenas ran like crap on my i7 920 which was running at 3.00 GHz. Didn't get beyond 15 FPS for some reason. Haven't tested it on my current comp yet. (and current version of PCSX2 of course, because back then I had an older version, so it's possible things are much better now).
