I'm running PCSX2 0.9.6 in windows 7. If I try to run the bundled Gsdx plugin in DX10 mode, it forces it to run in a window no matter what resolution option I choose. Furthermore, after trying the latest (1846) version of the plugin it makes it run in a window regardless of whether I choose DX9, 10 or 11. Why?
Actually DX11 mode just crashes, but that's not what I'm concerned with.

Alt + Enter = problem solved? <--works with DX10.
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!

In the newer GSdx the resolution drop down menu only sets the size of the window, on older ones it did nothing on DX10. You get full screen using alt+enter for DX10 as dr_thrax said and it will use your desktop's resolution, also if you clic the "windowed" option in newer GSdx which only works for DX9 it will run in a window while unticked goes to fullscreen with the resolution you chose... and if you dont choose a resolution and leave windowed unchecked it leads to a black screen.
