This bug has always been there for me very noticeable in cell shaded games like BoF5 turn it off only way i ever found to stop it.
THis has happened on every single nvidia card I have used since I started using pcsx2

If you have an nvidia card you're not talking about the same bugs we are.

You'll have to make a bug report about the specific issues you're encountering, because we don't know about them.

I was just testing a game, WRC 2, while I read this. So I thought I'd enable it, and an odd grainy layer appeared over the horizon(Edit: and the car textures too). It doesn't appear with DX renderers though, only in combination with the OpenGL Hardware Renderer...

The hack is still enabled for DX. I didn't add it for openGL. I didn't know if it is was required or not.
