As you can see textures are still a glitchy mess and I don't think it was this bad before, especially the textures on the signs. Speed seems to have taken a massive hit with this git build also.

Note: you could disable it with the hidden option "clut_load_before_draw = 0"

Edit: I disabled it by default on future git until I found a better solution.
