Yeah, that's the newest build, however this issue exists since i can remember using software mode, since hardware produced that fog bug where you couldn't see anything in tenchu

Anyone facing black screen for wild arms 4 after the config menu? I am using a 9x video card and IE5. Been using GSDX 1.16 all along till i met Wild Arms 4... tried most of the GSDX and still same result. Thank you in advance.
