¡Hello! I'm a new member of this forum. I installed and configured the PCSX2 1.2.1 (r5875) emulator.

My CPU has the following features.

Processor: Intel Core i3 3110M
Specification: Intel® Core™ i3-3110M CPU @ 2.40GHz
Instructions: MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, EM64T, VT-x, AVX

Core Speed: 1197.14 MHz
Multiplier: x 12.0 ( 12 - 24 )
Bus Speed: 99.76

Cores: 2 
Threads: 4

Memory Type: DDR3
Size: 4 GBytes
Channel #: Single

Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 4000
Board Manuf.: 0x144D (0xC708)

My Windows Version:
Microsoft Windows 8 (6.2) Enterprise Edition 64-bit
(Build 9200)
DirectX 11.0

I have all the default emulator plugins.

I configured the emulator with the following GS (because I think that is the best fit for me):
GSdx 0 (MSVC 18.00, SSE41) 0.1.16 [gsdx32-sse4-r5875]
With the following settings:
Adapter: Intel® HD Graphics 4000
Renderer: Direct3D11 (Hardware)

When I try to continue with the First Time Configuration of the emulator, I get this:

You need to update some directx libraries, would you like to do it now?

YES - NO

I press YES.

And a window opens with the download link for Windows 10:

WHY?!?!?!

If I press "NO", or I do nothing whit the link, appears this:

Can't apply the configuration...
GS selected plugin has not loaded correctly.
Reason: The plugin reports that your hardware or software/drivers are not supported.

C:\Users\samsung\Desktop\PlayStation2\PCSX2 1.2.1\Plugins\gsdx32-SSE4-r5875.dll

All plugins must have a valid option to run PCSX2. If you can not make a valid selection because missing plugins or installing PCSX2 is incomplete, click Cancel to close the configuration panel.

ACCEPT.

1.2.1 is outdated, unsupported and no longer links to the correct file, get 1.4.0 instead.

And now, when I try to run the installation program (1.4.0), a window tells me that I need MSVCP140.dll, where I can find this?

Download the visual studio 2015 resist x86, however I suspect you didn't get the installer version as that would install that for you

Native resolution, no extra shaders or sweetfx, low level of anisotropic filtering(2-4x I'd say).

Make sure it's d3d11 or perhaps d3d9 if you really need extra speed.

I'm having the update directx libraries issue.
I have the newest 1.4.0 and did the full install I have hit yes to update and installed
amd fx 4200 quad core code name zambezi
8gs of ram
his radeon 7850 2gb gpu with newest drivers
fresh windows 10 installed
iv have tried every plugin with the same result except for the null one
I have reinstalled visual c++ 2015
kinda lost any help would be greatly appreciated
