I am not familiar with taht plugin,so when did you stoped working on it,and how good was it in it's time?

I fixed a handful of bugs the other night and now stretching works in most cases (not in BIOS ) As soon as the stupid textures start working, then I'll go ahead and release it + source as a beta. Can't say it will compete with ZeroGS and GSdx right off the bat though, but it's worth a try.

It had the speed of GSdx9 and the accuracy of GSsoft, but without stretching, textures and slightly less compatible. At one point, it was the only plugin that would run Jak 3 (at least as far as the menus as I could tell since input wasn't working).

@ blueshogun : is there any update on your progress

It is hilarious to speak of GS emulation accuracy in a plugin with no texture support. If you're hoping for a plugin to overtake gsdx or even zzogl, this is not it.
