Is it possible to play PCSX2 with it? Yes
How fast? Will depend on the games you want to try.

You will be limited to use "native" resolution for a lot of games with that card.

I'm curious, if only playing at native resolution, what's the minimum card for PCSX2 for the most GPU-intensive game you can think of?

Well for the most GPU-intensive game there is I don't think a GTX480 could pull it off Tongue

I don't know the technical details but I've heard there is certain games where there is something like a memory "leak" and you need gigs upon gigs of video RAM to supply or something.

well i wouldnt say its something thats common but you may run accross 1 or 2

but a good gpu means nothing if you dont have a good cpu too back it up

you could have an ati 5970 but if you have a pentium 4 you might get 30fps
