GT4 Slow FPS but EE, GS, and VU arent maxed out

It's not enough for GT4.

GT4 needs ~1800

Also, disable crossfire. It slows PCSX2 down and one of your cards is plenty for PCSX2 anyway.

Yeah i just did a time trail on Nuburgring. no slow downs except maybe one or two. The EE stayed at 55% ish.

My system can play BF4 at 120FPS easy, but can barely get to 60 on a freaking PS2 game lol

Emulation requires power orders of magnitude than the emulated system, and on top of that the PS2 has multiple chips to emulate and sync. PCSX2 is more demanding than any PC game that has been made yet(CPU wise).

Right, the other cars are slowing you down, makes sense since without the AI CPU isn't taking a bigger hit. Sorry Demon.

No. That one is even worse, having an STP of 1402.

if you're looking for an AMD processor then, the best one for pcsx2 would be AMD FX-9590. even blyss's FX-6300 has only 1400 STP, he overclocked to get it higher. you should also probably try overclocking.

I am an AMD fanboy at heart but this is your problem.

If you overclock the hell out of it you can squeeze performance out of it but I can't recommend much else.
Moe: [to Homer] And I'm pulling your favorite song out of the jukebox.
Homer: "It's Raining Men"?!
Moe: Yeah, not no more, it ain't. [throws the record out the window which lands into Smithers' car]
Smithers: Ow! [looks at the record] Ohhh.
