Hi guys,
Decided to get back into playing/making hybrid cars in GT4.
However GT4 tools doesnt seem to be working. I am using the correct NTSC version of the game (97328)
I have tried multiple version of PCSX2 (1.0, 1.4 and 1.6), have also tried using Japan and USA Bios
Any ideas much appreciated.
