https://www.twitch.tv/styga127/v/63284970 starts to lagg on 1.35 , it was like firs time when i had 1 minute of playing without seriously lagg , anyways it gets some time every 30 secs like that fps drops
And i can't get fps more then 50 its locked or what?or my pc can't get higher ?Cause if i would have 60 it would drop to 50 and it wont lagg so mutch..

Please screenshot all nondefault settings together with the full emulog after you observed the issue.

looking at your screenshots of it lagging, it shows that something outside of PCSX2 is causing the slowdown, either another program running in the background or your graphic driver is struggling. do you still get the lags if you set GSDX to "Native"?

Also we did some tweaks to make GSDX faster after the 1.4.0 release, try the latest development version from here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/ just click on the top "Download" link under "Windows 32bit", install it somewhere else other than your normal PCSX2 folder, also when setting up the plugins, choose the AVX2 version of GSDX.

PAL games are locked to 50 fps. If you want, you could disable the limit on VSyncRate by presing F4.

To be more specific: PAL games without 60hz option are locked to 50fps.
