GTA: LCS - low fps problem

btw. why dx11 is better, normally in PC games dx10 and dx11 are slower than dx9 cuz they need more power.

Because emulators are not PC games and DX11 has much better memory management

I have another problem, I'm put to bindings big motor and small motor and I'm clicking test but it doesn't work I'm sure LCS support vibrations because there is vibration option. I have MotionJoy driver and when I click test vibration is working, what's going on? I'm using lilypad from latest pcsx 0.9.8.

i am getting frame rates only around 5...in both cutscences and gameplay whats the problem?i am using pcsx2 o.9.8.

pentium dual core cpu 2.20 ghz
2gb ram
directx 9.0
256mb graphic card-mobile intel 4 series express chipset family
