Do me a small favor.

1. Screenshot your cpu-z graphics card tab and post here
2. While your there if there is a lookup button by the name please press that.

Sorry I should have ben a little clearer, with the r7 200 series selected, I was going to use the stats to figure out the card.

Gpu-z might be a better tool as it gives a hardware id we can look up
