Game Data Issue

Hi. Is it possible to fix Game Data from a mc? I am playing GT4, and i can load and actually play the game but few of my cars are corrupted. I receive the following message when i try to get on one of those cars: ''Game Data is Corrupted. Do you wish to retry?'' 

I don't know what to do or if there is a fix for this problem. I googled this but only found threads related to FULL game data corruption where people could not load or save the game.

You can try to extract the save using mymc. Possibly it repairs saves during export.

GT4 has known issues with memcard corrupting.

I don't know how to use mymc =( can you please explain me how to do it like a step-by-step? Or send me a link so i could learn the process.
