When I open an iso file in the emulator the screen goes gray and says pcsx2 has stopped working. What could the problem be?

MODEL: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
Processor: AMD A8-3520M APU w/ Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz
Installed Memory: ^.00 GB (5.48 GB Usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
The version of PCSX2 you are using.
Any non default settings you are using.
What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I'm using PCSX 1.2.1 with all of the default settings. And I was trying to play Nascar 09 using and ISO

Jesalvein it's not compatible with pcsx2.
