Towards the top of the webpage when viewing the forum you should see something that looks like this:
Welcome back, Carsomyr. You last visited: Yesterday, 09:36 PM (User CP — Log Out)
click on User CP. Then on the next page on the list on the left you should see Change Signature under the Your Profile drop down box.

Please post a screenshot of all of your pcsx2 settings.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

First set "Emulation settings" -> "GS" back to default:
1. Base framerate adjust: 100
2. Disable frameskipping
Second disable EE cycle rate.
What are your FPS, EE% and GS% during slowdowns?

This is didn't understand.
You followed my advice and everything is working or you didn't follow my advice?
Normally I would say: If you can play a game.. just play it.
Don't invest too much time to figure out which setting could result in the optimal solution. If something annoys you just come back.

Glad to hear it's working now. I'm curious though, why did you mess with EE Cyclerate and frame skipping in the first place?

Frameskipping was only active for turbo mode.
That the base framerate to 200 in combination with ee cycle rate can create slowdowns is quite interesting.
