Getting Parappa 2 to run on my laptop

I was wondering if there was any possible way to get Parappa the Rapper 2 to run well on my laptop. About the laptop,
Processor: Intel® Celeron® CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz
                 2.16 GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB (3.89 GB Usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor.
It's also running windows 8. It's probably garbage so just tell me if I need to just give up.
