Getting a PCSX2 save on to a PS2 memory card
#1
Question
Hello all,
I've been searching here and around google the past few hours, and can't seem to get a straight forward answer to this so thought I'd ask.

My situation is I have a save game in PCSX2 that I want to move over to a PS2 memory card so I can continue to play on my PS2 (the computer I use can't really handle the emulation well in certain parts).

Problem is it seems like every guide out there on how to do that is assuming you have a modded PS2/swap disc or someting similar, which I do not.

What I have is:
PS2 Slim (not modded)
PS3 Slim w/PS2 Memory Card Adapater

I'm trying to figure out if there is any way to work with the PS2 Memory Card Adapater to get my save on there.
It looks like if my save was in .PSV I could, but sadly I don't see anything that can convert my .PS2/.PSU etc in to that format.

Is there any option with what I have? Or would it require some sort of modded PS2?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fNjyN5umwI try this video, you may need to spend a little money to get Magic Swap or a mod chip,
(your gonna need some way to boot FreeMcBoot or some other program) or you might be able to use this (my method) http://www.memor32.com/
another Option if you happen to have a copy of 007 Agent Under Fire, (you need the actual disc, not a burned one) just look up PS2 Agent Under Fire exploit. and i suggest you own all games and equipment+^_^+

Thank you. I had seen those methods, but I appericate the reply.
In the end I ordered an Action Replay Max Evo, since it appears to also give me the ability to copy .max files which I can convert my file to, and the added ability to back my memcard to my PC and vice versa will be helpful for me.
