Your ps2 to usb converter is what is preventing the vibration.

You need to own a Playstation 2 console to own the BIOS image PCSX2 needs to work. Without a PS2 you are using a BIOS image you do not own which is illegal thus your thread will be closed and no further support will be given as per our #1 rule in this forum.
