Updated pics after recommended settings changes and PCSX2 update:

NBA street vol 2 froze upon entering gameplay. I tried rebooting the emulator and it still froze. That's never happened

Can you post the emulog after the crash? (Or freeze, whatevs)

Ratchet and Clank UYA says its 60 fps but the gameplay is slow prob around 50 fps and the graphics are terrible.

Have you tried SW mode?
And set the extra rendering threads at 3 or 4 just like Saiki said.

Btw, R&C are cpu demanding games.

This is the problem, i guess.
PCSX2 works flawless with Intel Modern CPUs, just like Dolphin.
Intel have a better use of the cores or something like that, than AMD.

It shouldn't be that much of an issue. Although some programs are better compatible with Intel or AMD processors, it shouldn't take away too much from the actual power itself. It's quad core and still should work good enough.

this isnt true.pcsx2 is ALOT more optimized than dolphin. how is it a problem? For me, I use ZZOgl to get more speed, and enable speedhacks. But note, alot of games dont work properly! also why arent you using AVX for software mode, the apu supports it. or SSE4.1 for hardware..

Why would you use AVX for software and SSE4.1 for hardware? Which version of GSdx you use has almost no effect on hardware mode.
