Comments:
The game working fine and has constant 60 FPS even with 2x Scaling under Direct3D11 (Hardware).
Just a little thing sometimes in hardware mode there is little flickering effects for a second.

GSDX Settings:
Direct3D11 (Hardware), Interlacing (Auto), Scaling 2x Native, Enable Shade Boost, Enable FXAA, Texture Filtering, Anisotropic Filtering 16x
Software Mode Setting, Extra Rendering Threads +7, & Edge Anti-aliasing (AA1)

Bugs:
There are no bugs in software mode, but some bloom effect errors in hardware mode on the Smokey Mountain track.

Interesting facts:
Since the svn revision 5721 and you played in custome resolution GSdx crashed when switching between Software/Hardware mode (aka F9) in several svns (Runtime ERROR! -> R6025 -pure virtual function error).
This problem is solved since the PCSX2 v.1.3.0. - Compiled on Dec 14 2014 - Git Rev. 775 -> Commit loggsdx linux: disable std::threadThreads are not killed properly therefore GS crashes on reloading (aka F9) See issue #392
