Gran Turismo 4 Screen Shaking when turning up resolution

Hello, it's me again. Still new to emulation. I encountered another Problem on GT4. The Screen is shaking when I turn up the resolution any higher then 1.25x Native when I corner while driving. I got the deinterlace Patch. I can run any other game on 8x Native wo any problem. Anyone knows what's wrong or how to fix it?

How to fix it?

Don't turn up native resolution.

Have you tried „Deinterlacing: Weave (Top Field First, Sawtooth)” / „Interlacing (F5): Weave tff (saw-tooth)” in the graphics settings? And try using this version of the patches.
