Gran turismo 3 works bad in night tracks!

Hi,
Gran turismo 3 works fine in day tracks but low FPS in night tracks (unplayable)
I read this is a common problem. I can't resolve it.

Depending on how much upscaling you doing your system may be not powerful enough with Single Core Performance of about 1500, considering around 2000 is recommended. Similarly, with 10 year old video card the performance may just not be there.
