No. The Analog Sticks are working. But D-Pad is dudplicating the left analog stick controls. So instead of switching weapons, free aiming, Vic walks via the D-Pad like with the left analog stick

And I Have Deleted DS4Windows To Test Native PCSX2 Support

IIRC, uninstalling ds4windows is a PITA
chances are you didn't do it properly

I have fully deleted DS4Windows with VGEmBUS Driver and it still doesn't Help
