actually maybe those palette writes are also the root cause of the eye issue.

I potentially found a solution for the HW renderer (aka a CRC hack).

However too bad, the eye is a sub-rt issue (aka the main texture cache issue).

Good catch! That fixes the issue.

Jak II does not need Fast Texture Invalidation, but it does need the CRC hack added, as I had to add it manually to a custom build to test it. Tongue2

The fix works in both games for OGL and D3D9, but leaves black spots/stripes accross Jak's skin in D3D11.
