Gsdx huge speedup on 1322 and higher rev -ATI issue fixed!
#1
I tested several titles(SoC, DBZ Tenkaichi 3, GTA VCS, Devil May Cry, Okami, Klonoa Lunatea's Veil, Tekken 4) and most of them got 50% to 100% fps boost on recent Gsdx revisions, only tekken 4 was unaffected.
From now on these titles got almost stable 50 or 60 fps.
It seems that abandoning mfc, other modifications, helped a lot Ati cards, especially in dx9. I was simply amazed watching my X1950 Pro getting 50 frames in Soc, even upscaled.

Yeah,we think the infamous 'ATI bug' was fixed in some of the latest revisions,so your ati card is showing its' real power now Smile It would be nice if more ati users could confirm the big speedup (if they were hitting a bug since it has been reported with specific cards only)

I can confirm big speedup on Radeon HD 4850.
MGS3, Jak and Daxter, Jak2, Jak 3, GT4, Tekken 5, SotC, MK Armageddon were almost unplayable even in native, but now I can use even higher resolutions.

I decreased my cpu frequency to 2,6 GHz and still got 40 fps. Apparently your gpu doesn't benefit from recent Gsdx revision. Dr. J confirms speed gains with similar graphics card, so I dunno. Try other video drivers.

Dr. J what catalyst version are you using ?
