Gsdx settings issue.

Better give up on pcsx2 while using that pc or just play at low speed.
Until I year ago I was in the same boat for at least 6 years and I know that this kind of pc is not good enough for pcsx2(unless you want to play non demanding 2d/2.5d games like Ar Tonelico 1(and maybe 2)or Atelier Iris 1/2

I do get playable speeds,and it's not too bad of slow motion,i mean yeah,it's slow,but atleast i can still play the games,other emulators like Dolphin run at a good speed,around 50 fps on some of the games i play,and the games aren't slow,assuming it isn't a fake FPS read for hell's sake,PPSSPP runs on 30 FPS for God of War. Who knew that a PC like mine had good potential?

Not for PCSX2 unfortunately. You need a much more powerful CPU than what you're currently using to run most games at full speed.

I'd save up for a better PC tbh. Not just for PCSX2, but also for general usage.

then wait for the last 44% and try pcsx2 again.
For future reference avoid comparing different console emuators if you don't want to look ridiculous.
