Do you see at least DX9...if yes, what is your video card?
You don't see only the hardware modes or software too.
In C:\Windows\System32 do you have file named d3dx11_43.dll

I don't see anything related to either DX 10 or 11,but i do see Direct3D 9,Null and OpenGL.
My video card is an Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE / nForce 430 64MB DDR3 (Otherwise, the crappiest video card in the world, but i can get about 30-35 to 40-43 FPS in my favorite games,60 FPS in Monster Hunter 1) EDIT:I forgot to say 1 thing, yes,i do have a file named d3dx11_43.dll in System32.

But somehow, games that need dx11 work with the video card, and i don't know how i slapped Dx10 on the dang thing, or even Directx 11 for that f*****g matter.

You are probably somehow using OpenGL in those games or they actually run with DX9 too

I've been using DX9,OpenGL straight up doens't make the GSdx plugin open.
EDIT:I tried the latest Git,but i get an error (0xc000007b),of which i assume is a Visual C++ issue, yet i have every single one installed.

Obviously not vs2015 x86 redist stuff. Thats needed for the latest git builds.

Probably your card/driver doesnt support all necessary ogl extensions needed for ogl (hw).

First of all, your hardware cannot and will never be supported by OGL, DX10, or DX11. It is not possible. It is nearly 10 year old hardware at this point.

Here's the VS2015 Redistributable, but don't expect better performance. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=48145
