Guitar Hero III - Legends of Rock Buzzing Noise

Hi everyone!

Would appreciate any help with my predicament

I had been playing Guitar Hero III - Legends of Rock, besides a few graphical errors here and there, it was very playable

But, a little suddenly, there had started to be a ringing noise whenever I would play any song (it began a little bit before I ended the first arc of the story, if I recall correctly)

The ringing noise is quite strong so it makes it a bit hard to play (It honestly sounds like the amp has too much gain on it)

Would love to receive any help and please let me know if there are any details I can provide for you guys

(Note: I'm a very surface level user when it comes to Emulation configurations and settings, so please be patient!)

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  
• Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Here's a quick info dump of all that

Hardware specs: (Lenovo Laptop) 
CPU: 11th Gen i7-11800H
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
Memory: 16GB
OS: Windows 11

PCSX2 Version: 1.6.0

Any non default settings: None (only configured the gamepad settings)

GSdx graphics settings: (Will try to follow with the image once I understand how to attach it)
