First of all PS2s are cheap you managed to buy a PC that is many times more expensive.
Also, no support for a downloaded BIOS

getting a PS2 is cheap nowadays. we will provide you support after you get the PS2 console and dump it's bios for the emulator. until then, there will be no support. *sorry*

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must
own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
