Your computer is not going to be anywhere near fast enough for that game. Honestly, it's very weak for most PS2 emulation.

Did you want to try anyway?

If so, you should start by making an .iso file of the game disc with ImgBurn.

...what is this I don't even...

I hate to say something so pessimistic as this, but your computer isn't going to be able to play...well much any emulated PS2 game. In fact, the best emulation you're going to be able to do is probably VBA. You're free to try anyway, but I'm just saying that you're probably not going to get very far and are probably better off not wasting your time on it and finding something else to do.

If you really want to use PCSX2 or most any other games you're going to need to upgrade. If I were you I'd either get a better computer or just get an old PS2 somewhere. Plenty of people sell their's online for cheap with games included because they feel no need to have them anymore. I say this completely ignorant of what your budget is but PS2s are cheap and most any computer is better than that, even the cheaper ones...

Haha, let's just hope he does. I don't mean to be insultive but he gave me the feeling that someone who...well you know where I'm going with that, but perhaps I'm just too judgemental. I had to do the deed with mine in fact because my PS2s are both in America which now that I live in China I no longer have any access to them (though I have my PS2 games here because I have a PS3). But I am surrounded by people who just torrent everything and I have to help them out all the time, so I guess it was just a bit of an automatic reaction.

Edit : Nice IT Crowd avatar. I'm just happy you watch the good old British version and not the ***** American remake.

PCSX2 supports Nero format? Honestly, I have never used any disc image format other than the popular ISO.

The Sempron, I used to have one, the Sempron SI-42 @ 2.1 Ghz. No PS2 game runs at playable speed on it.
