Pcsx2 can read Iso images, or you could run the game from your dvd drive.

Just make an image of your disc with an app like ImgBurn then with "Linuz ISO cdvd" as your cdvd plugin launch the emulator with "file > run cd/dvd" and choose the image file you made.

Oh, it's a cdvd plugin as I mentioned before, if you don't know even that I suggest you read the configuration guide:
